Privacy Policy

We collect only the information required to operate an inventory account: an email address, an account name, the inventory data entered into the app, and the OAuth tokens supplied for channel integrations such as eBay, Amazon, and Shopify. This data is used solely to deliver the service, and we never sell or share it with advertisers.

What we collect: account data including email, display name, and team membership; inventory records created in the app such as products, variants, batches, locations, and audited stock movements; OAuth tokens for any connected channels; and standard web server logs including IP address, user agent, and request timing, which help us operate and secure the platform.

What we do not do: we do not sell customer data to third parties, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to train machine learning models. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to call the APIs the customer authorized — for example, to push a stock update to a connected listing.

User rights: a connection to any channel can be revoked at any time from account settings. Full export or deletion of an entire account can be requested by contacting the support team. Customers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or California have the right to access, correct, export, or delete any personal data held, and verified requests receive a response within the timeframes required by law.

Subprocessors: Supabase handles authentication and database storage, and Cloudflare handles content delivery, edge compute, and DDoS protection. Both providers are GDPR-compliant subprocessors with their own published privacy policies. No other third party receives customer data for operational purposes.

Security: industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest is used throughout the platform. Row-level security policies in the database prevent one account from ever seeing another account's data, even in the event of an authentication bug. Any security incident affecting customer data triggers a notification by email.
